To register for any of the camps, please fill out the form below.  

Payment for the season is $20.00 and will be collected at the camp sign in.  We are continually looking at the information, so feel free to over-communicate with us.  

You can sign up for all of them at once, one at a time as they get nearer, re-register if you wish - just communicate in the message box the camp(s) you plan to attend (check schedule page).  If you cannot come to a camp you registered for, please email us at DreamSeasonFootball@gmail.com.  

Registering allows us to have enough supplies and personnel on hand.  Your info also allows us to tailor the camp more to your specific needs, so please tell us in the message box what challenges the participant has.
